Information Collection and Use
You may generally browse our Site without providing us with any personally identifiable information. When you contact us through the form on the Site, you will be required to provide us with your name, email address and phone number.

TechLX recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site is directed to school administrators and is not directed to children under the age of 13. TechLX does not target its Site to children under 13. TechLX does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us so we can delete it. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any personally identifiable information.

Our computer systems and third party hosting provider systems are currently based in the United States and may be located in other countries, so your personal data will be processed by us in the U.S. and other countries where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union. If you create a user account with the Site as a visitor from outside the United States, by using the Site you agree to this Privacy Policy and you consent to the transfer of all such information to the United States, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection of that required in the European Union or certain other countries, and to the processing of that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
